RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

We manufacture limited pieces and our Products are made with loads of effort and planning and give accurate details related to sizing , fit type , type of fabric and due to it unfortunately , as per the store policy , returns and refund are not possible against any kind of orders.

 

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE 

 

INITIATING AN EXCHANGE
To initiate an exchange , Contact our Team , with order id Item & size purchased , Exchange Requested & PRODUCT IMAGES (FRONT AND BACK) at exchange@ditchedindia.com within 3 DAYS of receiving the item . We will write back to you within 24 HOURS. 

PLEASE NOTE 
That EXCHANGES will be processed only for the same amount as original order value or a higher amount. 

EXCHANGES / RETURN / REFUNDS are not applicable Any Kind of BULK ORDERS

QUALITY CHECK:
All exchanges will undergo A quality check by our team . We reserve the right to decline an Exchange if the products are returned after use or the products are damaged . 

The Product tags are not intact . Any Return of product without the tags will not be accepted and will be delivered back to the customer .

SHIPPING THE EXCHANGE:
If the exchange is confirmed , the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to DITCHED . Please provide tracking id to exchange@ditchedindia.com 

PROCESSING TIME:
Once we receive the product. We will process the exchange within 3 business days

Defective Products :
If you receive a defective product , we apologize . Please share orders details & images at exchange@ditchedindia.com and we will respond within 24 business hours . 

Exchange Limitations :
Exchanges are allowed for every order only once
